Our luxury apartment is in a small condominium of 20 apartments on the outskirts of the outstanding village of
Carvoeiro, 40 minutes drive from Faro airport. It is set in beautiful landscaped gardens with two pools. The apartment has stunning panaromic sea views from its balconies and roof terrace with built in BBQ. There is a wide range of facilities to cater for all tastes nearby, including beautiful beaches, first class golf courses, an excellent tennis club and family attractions e.g. water parks,
Zoomarina, as well as numerous, excellent restaurants and bars. |

| The apartment is part of a small condominium of 20 apartments set in beautifully landscaped
gardens with 2 pools (1 for children), in a quiet location with a high degree of privacy.
. The complex is enclosed, the pool is on site and the apartment has child friendly features. Heating/air conditioning and log burning fire make it ideal for holidays any time of the year. The apartment is non-smoking but ashtrays are provided for use on the terraces. Outside The apartment has 3 terraces leading out from the lounge/dining area (with table & chairs), kitchen and master bedroom & a stunnning roof terrace with built in BBQ, table & chairs and sun loungers with cushions. |

lounge. Both bedrooms are fully furnished with fitted wardrobes and
additional drawer units. There is a safe in the master bedroom. Bathrooms: The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom comprising bath with shower, WC, bidet and wash hand basin set into a vanity unit. The second bathroom comprises shower cubicle, WC & wash hand basin set into a vanity unit. Kitchen: Bright modern fully fitted kitchen comprising generous cupboard space, fridge/freezer, electric hob & oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle & toaster with terrace overlooking the pool & gardens. |

| Coast/Beach The apartment is only a few minutes drive away from a number of idyllic beaches in the area. Golf A number of excellent golf courses are on the doorstep of the apartment. Five minutes drive away is the Pestana complex, with two 18 hole golf courses, Gramacho & Pinta and the renowned David Leadbetter Golf Academy. Less than fifteen minutes drive is the 9 hole Vale de Milho course. Special interest holidays The complex is located across the road from the Carvoeiro Tennis Club. It is one of the best tennis centres on the Algarve with clay, grass & all weather courts and a tennis school. Other facilities include a swimming pool, hairdresser, gym, sauna, restaurant & bar. Special rates can be arranged for guests. Travel The apartment is only 40 minutes drive from Faro airport. Car hire is recommended to fully appreciate this beautiful part of the Algarve. Distances The village of Sesmarias is a 10 minute walk away with a mini market, bars and restaurants. Carvoeiro centre can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes or a few minutes by car. It provides a full range of facilities including restaurants, bars, shops, banks, supermarkets, beach & pharmacy. |
