Spread over 3 floors our home offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 people our home is the ideal base for those looking to enjoy the best France has to offer.

With two leisure lakes with sandy beaches are within 20 mins drive. Lake of St Pardoux has three beach areas all water sports available (sailing, canoeing, water skiing) + bars/restaurants at each beach area. Boat owners can launch their own boats. The Lake at Bessines sur Gartemps has canoes for rent and a snack bar in the trees.
For the Golfer there are 3 courses, approx within 30 mins drive.  Fishing is available on numerous lakes and local rivers (The River Gartemps is within walking distance). Canoeing and horse riding are also available locally. The area is ideal for walking and biking.
All local amenities are available at Roman town of Chateauponsac, which is  about a mile form the Gite.
Historic city of Limoges, famous for its porcelain 30 mins drive.
