Ideal fit my single night stay in Lincoln
Positive: Nice, clean, good location and simple system to get in.

Positive: Convenient walk to town and parking included.
Negative: Shower was broken and it meant you couldn't stand under the shower only hold it in your hand,several holes in the wall and broken light fittings made the bedroom look a bit unloved.

Positive: It was cheap and normal a great place to stay
Negative: The bed is in need of a new mattress as it felt like i was sleeping on the base not anoth pillows

Negative: There was mold in the shower, damp patches on the room walls and the bed had a damp feeling to it
