Double Room Ensuite - 2km from Lincoln City center - Hamilton Hotel

Positive: Having a well equipped kitchen. The comfortable and plesant bedroom. Negative: The cumbersome check in was a bit stressful.

Positive: Location of hotel was handy as bowls centre not to far away Negative: When i got there the code I was given didnt work on the front door. Good job someone else was trying to get in whilst I arrived. Then changed access without been notified and sent a new code for side door, good job there was a couple out smoking to let me in

Positive: Self check in and key code system was handy. Negative: Some ongoing works but always a good thing to see things being working on looks like improvement happening also.

Needs to be updated and new furnishing bought Positive: Location, and free secure parking were good. The cleaners were friendly. Negative: We couldn't get into the room with the code provided, as the code wasn't fully given. The bed was very uncomfortable and unacceptable. THE Mattress needs replacing asap, could feel every spring and a big dip on one side of the mattress. The shower head wasn't secure and wouldn't stay upright, the shower basin filled up quickly and struggled to drain

Excellent location for Lincoln with bus stops right outside the hotel. Rooms very comfortable with adequate facilities. Positive: Very convenient for Lincoln either on foot or by bus. Negative: Central heating was turned off,very cold at night.
