Double Room Ensuite - 2km from Lincoln City center - Hamilton Hotel

AVOID AVOID AVOID Positive: I liked only the location and nothing else Negative: The room was not clean. The toilet smelled and the shower was broken. The owner an Indian man was not helpful at all, with anything and randomly a man appeared to fix it in the middle of the night between 0030 - 0100. I was working in the morning and it was terrible. The room was definitely infested with either fleas or most likely bed bugs!!! The morning my arms and legs are covered in bites that are itchy. Whilst working the morning after I kept developing more and more new bites!!! The bed was old and in poor condition and it felt like I was sleeping on rocks. I could feel every single spring. Booking customer care was completely unhelpful. I have reported the hotel to the local authority for pest control and also to my credit cars for charge back in case booking doesn't refund me

Hamilton one night stay. Positive: Good value for the price. Nice big well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed. Coffee, tea and a good fridge available. Good TV. Negative: The blinds didn't keep out the lamp light from coming in the room. Traffic a bit noisy when the windows are open.

It was ok Positive: Ideal location for what I needed Negative: There was a strange musty smell in the room, the fire alarm was on intermittently for a short while, bring your own pillow as they were not great and the bed was not the comfiest

Nice big clean rooms Positive: Close to the venue we booked Negative: Mattress was old and lumpy, shower holder was broke, also couldn’t watch tv as the arieal didn’t seem to work properly
