Positive: It was a great stay but the only thing I would say is it was a bit cold then I thought it would be could do with something like a heater in there for when it drops cold

Positive: Hard to deal with and they really don't like issuing refunds

Great place to stay. Near city and very good price. Positive: Location ideal for my needs. Lovely clean spacious room

Loud.uncomfortable. Dirty Positive: Close to the city Negative: Windows are rubbish so you can hear all the traffic. Other guests were loud and up at 4.30am keeping everyone else awake. Found chocolate bars in the draw and room seemed uncleaned. Bed uncomfortable. Breakfast poor. Couldn’t get hold of anyone to complain. Worst night sleep ever.

Absolutely amazing stay, lovely facilities, great for the price I would definitely recommend. Positive: The room was spacious, we had a tv with access to Netflix, the complimentary food and drink sachets left for us, the bathroom was smart. Overall, especially for the price, this was an amazing stay, and not a far walk at all to shops. Negative: It’s nothing against the property at all, but it was quite loud outside with it being close to a main road. It wasn’t an issue though but others might find it one.
