Double Room Ensuite - 2km from Lincoln City center - Hamilton Hotel

Positive: As soon as we walked in, it was very warm and cosy. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable, could hardly feel any springs! The bathroom was tiny, but the facilities worked fine. There was enough space for the two of us. I think the nicest part was that they provided plenty of milk, bread, yoghurt and other bits of food to have for breakfast, which I thought was so much more generous than any other hotel I've ever been to. The only thing missing was a knife for the bread and an extra spoon for the two of us. Negative: The only thing that I found annoying was the door into the bathroom, because the room was so tiny I had to squeeze round to the toilet. I think a sliding door would be perfect. Other than that everything was great.

It was very good have stayed before and will stay again Positive: Breakfast wasn't included this time but it wasn't a problem as we were visiting family. The room was very clean and comfortable tea and coffee facilities with biscuits. Negative: Traffic was a bit noisy and a family upstairs but hey it was christmas. Slept well eventually 😊

Positive: It was quite Negative: The bed was very uncomfortable in number 2 room bad sleep

Some issues but still value for money Positive: Car parking, staff brought portable heaters when boiler broke, fridge in room and option of cooking facilities Negative: Main door difficult to open, hard to reach key pad and catch didn't retract enough needing force to open. Slats on blind stuck and couldn't be fully closed - bed could be directly viewed from outside. Bed not very comfy.

Great place to stay Positive: Self catering, big rooms and bathrooms, hot water all furniture good quality, clean and quiet.great location away from pubs etc. Stayed here many times. Negative: Check out time could be later, but its a great price so justified
