Double Room Ensuite - 2km from Lincoln City center - Hamilton Hotel

We didn’t like it when entry code system refuse to work. Not staying in ‘simply stay’anymore. Positive: Quiet area, also house guests are quiet. Fridge was godsend as it was summer and we need cold drinks. Negative: The code entry system is not for us.We are too old to grapple with modern system of entering doors electronically.we can’t make it work. Room code system is better. Simply stay, not for us. Same in every ‘Simply Stay’. Sorry.

Bloody awful. Positive: Not much Negative: The room smelt bad. The carpet had wet patch on the floor. The towel in the shower was used, dirty and soaking. The room was tatty and in general need of a revamp.

Has it's problems Positive: The location was perfect for the bus into the city centre. Was a reasonable price Negative: Room was extremely hot and we had come on the heat of this summer we would have left. They did supply a fan which helped slightly. The pillows were awful.

Ideal fit my single night stay in Lincoln Positive: Nice, clean, good location and simple system to get in.

Positive: Convenient walk to town and parking included. Negative: Shower was broken and it meant you couldn't stand under the shower only hold it in your hand,several holes in the wall and broken light fittings made the bedroom look a bit unloved.
