Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Web Pages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.
Guest must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. Those under 18 years old are not permitted to stay in a Simplystay property unless a parent or guardian is also staying in the Property.
You will need to provide your credit or debit card details to secure your reservation. Premier Inn accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club to secure a reservation.
Please check that the details of your reservation are complete and accurate before you confirm your reservation. We will not be liable for any delay or non-performance if you provide us with incorrect information.
If you need to cancel your reservation you can do this free of charge up to 48 hours before to your arrival date. However should you cancel your booking after this time, you will be charged the full amount for your first night’s stay.
Mid Stay Cancellations: In case you decide to shorten your stay any time post Check-In, guest should inform us 48 hours in advance. Guest will be charged for the 48 hours and refund any extra day(s) amount.
We may cancel your reservation at any time with immediate effect by giving you written notice (which includes email) if:
If we cancel your reservation where you are at fault, we reserve our legal rights in respect of your breach of contract. Where your stay had/has not yet commenced, the total payment made or to be made by you for such room shall be deemed a cancellation charge and is not for any service.
Events outside our control
We may also cancel your reservation if an event outside of our control (including industrial action, explosion, outbreak of disease, health and safety issues, fire, flooding, and failure of power and/or water supplies or emergency evacuation) means that we are unable to make your room available to you. In this case we will contact you to let you know as soon as possible and:
Save as set out above, we will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by an event outside of our control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

It is important to park in a designated area that isn't blocked or reserved for other rooms. Those who have parked in areas not allocated for them may be subject to a fine for each violation.
Vehicles that are parked incorrectly will be towed at the owner's expense.

If the guest locked out the property or the room, guest need to contact the customer support for the assitance. The guest will be charged for the service. Click here to know about the charges
If the key is lost or stolen, you need to contact the customer support for a replacement. The guest will be charged to provide a new set of keys. Click here to know about the charges
In the event smoking is found inside the property, fine will be levied on the guest which would be final and binding. Click here to know the charges.
In the event of food/beverage spills or damage(s) to the carpet. The guest will be charged for the service. Click here to know the charges.
If the guest or their companions damage Simplystay's premises, fixtures, fittings, or items during their stay, the management will assess repair or replacement costs, administration fees, and any other incurred expenses. The guest's card used for booking will be charged without prior notification, and the invoice amount will be final and binding.

The guest must not bring any other non paying guest into their guest rooms unless prior permission has been given by the proprietors of Simplystay. In the event of people being brought into the guest house through the night they will be asked to leave immediately and a fine will be served.

The guest shall be responsible for the safety and security of all of his/her goods and possessions while at Simplystay properties. The management will not be liable for any loss or damage to the guest's goods and possessions while at Simplystay properties.
Simplystay requires that all of its guests behave in a civilised manner. In the event that the behaviour of any customer gives the management any cause for concern or the guest is in breach of any of the terms of this contract the management shall be in their absolute discretion be entitled to require that the offending guest leaves the premises forthwith. In such circumstances the guest shall be obliged to pay the full amount of the cost of services and accommodation for the whole of the anticipated stay at Simplystay properties before leaving .
Also if any other guest have been disturbed through the night due to excess noise from other rooms and we are called out through the night due to this , we will issue a fine depending on the cost that will be incurred to ourselves through compensating other guests.

In case of a problem with our services, guests can submit a complaint.
Complaints must be made within 2 days of the end of the stay to which guest complaint relates.
Guests can raise the complaint by either sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling our support center at +44 333 300 2950. If the guest room(s) was booked as part of a group booking, the person who made the booking on behalf of the group must raise the compliant. If room(s) was booked through an online travel agency(OTA) website, complaint must be made to the OTA.
Guest will need to provide details of the Simplystay property in which they stayed, the dates of the stay, and the complaint(s).
Management will endeavour to issue the initial response to guests within 15 working days, however if we are unable to do so, management will advise the guest accordingly, providing a timescale for the response.
We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.
If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.
