Awful
Positive: Electronic door locks
Negative: Vendors don’t respond to messages. Tiny room, boiling, no way of not being disturbed in the day by cleaners (waking up people who work night shifts), threatened by one-legged crackhead also staying there, 1 bathroom to 12 rooms, many of which double rooms, kitchen has no cooking facilities beyond oven and microwave

Positive: no breakfast
Negative: difficulties entering property and room. No staff around to assist
