Single Room Ensuite - 2.5km to Lincoln City Center

Acceptable for my overnight stay. Good enough for me but I wouldn't bring my wife. Positive: No nonsense, just what I needed, a bed for the night in safety, warmth and cleanliness at a reasonable price. Negative: Some of the bathroom fittings were about to give way and are in need urgent attention. The breakfast was good enough but there was no cereal bowl and only a desert spoon was provided. No knife, fork or tea spoon. Some of the lights were out and require renewing. There was no reading lamp or handy light switch adjacent to the bed.

Very disappointing that my messages were not responded to Positive: The accomodation is centrally located near to the city centre. Negative: I messaged the property's host twice regarding not having any hot water for the shower in the room, once on Sunday 17th August and another time after check out on Monday 18th August. Unfortunately I did not recieve a response from the host, to either of my messages. It was very disappointing not to recieve a response.

Short stay at the Hamilton Positive: The bed was comfy, I slept really well. Breakfast was basic and as expected. Kitchen was clean. Negative: Bathroom floor didn’t seem very clean and no locks on the inside of the room.

Positive: Free parking, fan provided for a warm night Negative: After working all day in construction, hot an sweaty took a while to get in contact with someone to provide key codes for the front door and my room (room 12) to find the shower would not get hot at all
