Acceptable for my overnight stay. Good enough for me but I wouldn't bring my wife.
Positive: No nonsense, just what I needed, a bed for the night in safety, warmth and cleanliness at a reasonable price.
Negative: Some of the bathroom fittings were about to give way and are in need urgent attention.
The breakfast was good enough but there was no cereal bowl and only a desert spoon was provided. No knife, fork or tea spoon. Some of the lights were out and require renewing. There was no reading lamp or handy light switch adjacent to the bed.
