Twin Room with Shared Bathroom in Lincoln

Horrible experience, even for its cheap price we still felt robbed Positive: Not much Negative: the windows were boarded up, the locks didn’t work and when we got home after a night out there was a stranger asleep in our room

Just what we needed apart from the toilet hiccup. Positive: Easy to get in. Large room. Great parking Negative: I know downstairs all share a bathroom but it turned out a nightmare. When somebody is in there for an hour at 3.30 in the morning. Definitely needs a bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet.

Cost effective hotel, with do it yourself access Positive: clean, tidy building, interior, rooms and bathrooms. Great idea to have the kitchen available. Negative: Door locks quite fiddly to work. no staff on site. had to call helpline to get codes.

Terrible Positive: The free parking ,the large room, Negative: It was discussing the carpets were black they need carpet cleaning or throwing away . I had to put a pair of socks on I was sticking to the floor . I didn’t realise it was a self serve hotel would never have booked it if I knew there was not going to be any hosts. Breakfast was cereal and toast with a yogurt thrown in ,milk provided,but u had to go out your room to a shared kitchen to make it . The shared bathroom had dirty work boot marks all over the floor and the tap of the sink turned round,also the toilet flush was falling apart . The Tv didn’t work it kept pixelating I message the host to sort it out. Nothing we were staying for 2 nights we left after one . Also a lot of road noise the ear plugs did help but too much light coming through the blinds due to a massive orange light in the garden and street light . I will not be returning it seems to used for contractors.

Comfortable. Quiet. Clean. Breakfast was awesome. Positive: All fantastic Negative: Nothing.
