Double Room with Shared Bathroom - Hamilton

Quirky&different Positive: The room..the bed was comfortable and liked the idea of a stand fan in the room Negative: Could have done with a nice carpet..and 2 bedside lamps but didn't find anything that I didn't like..there was no hair dryer in the room which was stated that there was a nice carpet and 2 big bedside lamps would take the basic look from the room and make it more comfortable I did think that £81 was too much for that room for 1 night for it's basic Ness but had 2 nice comfortable sitting chairs so a mixture of comfort with basic too..strange combination not thought out too well in the furnishing depth.. didn't think 1 bathroom was enough for all rooms community kitchen nice something different and spacious but overall clean just needs a few finishing touches....0

Positive: we liked the big room and the location was good just a little walk or taxi to the town Negative: we struggled a bit with key code didn't wont to work the cleaners let us in and at 1am a resident let us in thats it really everything else was good

Negative: Was not a good night sleep there was a fighting and arguing from about 11 until 5 o'clock this morning. So we haven't been able to sleep as we was scared

Do not stay here under any circumstances- drug haven Positive: Nothing. Negative: This was an extremely unfamily-friendly hotel. Serious lack of security. When we arrived there was someone passed out in one of the doorways. It is a place where people stay with no other option. Police had to be called twice in the night 4am and then 8am as we were visited by an angry drug-dealer banging on doors, shouting expletives and throwing stones at the windows. Obviously our children were extremely frightened. Apparently (according to the police) Booking.com is aware that this is not a safe accommodation yet continues to promote it. Overall, do not stay in this establishment under any circumstances. It is not even worth the cheap price.

I actually gave up and wanted to risk driving tiered back home for 4 hours Positive: Never again horrible experience the pics added was nothing i was just too shocked to take any other pics Negative: Everything i got robbed £800 cloths taken aftershave worth £300 took police called no-one came didn’t have no where to sleep they had another room but chose not to help us horrible experience highly advise to not book random ppl coming in and out ppl walking in other rooms all key code the same they changed all locks still ppl had problems even tho police have now got cctv footage of three ppl going into our room to rob us nothing can be done the cherry on top is that the guys that came in and stole everything plus cloths changed into my husbands clothes and left there dirt boxers and a cap behind disgusting staff was useless looked like they were on something they need to close this place down before someone ends up getting stabbed looks that way!
