Positive: This would of been our 2nd stay we booked and let them no we would be arriving early hrs up on arriving we was tol sorry vome bk after 3 pm
Negative: The fact we had travelled from bingley to be told sorry we are ful this has put me off staying at a beautiful Stacy

Negative: Food cumbs left under bed ...NO where to hang clothes ...pillows and covers filthy....tried to complain /cange room but said they was full but had to talk to someone on phone NO STAFF around...

Negative: Rooms were not clean left over food under bed...bed sheets not clean...pillow cases were that thin you could see though. Cleaning lady just wasnt bothered when we complained....friends had room 110 and there was no where to hang clothes had to live out of suitcase for 2days
