Double Room with Private Bathroom

overall for what we paid and needed it for it was value for money Positive: Friendly staff when asked for additional items like iron and extra tea coffee milk etc was there to help. Also able to leave car abit later on day leaving and this was free of charge. As always difficult to find parking. Say it was value for money, the bed was comfy and shower was good and quiet. Negative: The furniture was abit tired the chair had seen better days, the carpet under the bed wasnt clean as could see bit underneath and plastic bottle tops and bits under it. the room had abit of a smell couldn't say what it was, maybe invest in a good air freshener.

Positive: Absolutely nothing Negative: Very dirty if it wasn't i needed to get away from home life and could afford somewhere else i would off never stayed here, poor service I was left in the reception area where I had to call someone

Good value for money, but not luxury Positive: Good location, clean bathroom facilities and bedding, towels provided at request, easy check in/out process & able to come and go as we pleased Negative: Furniture dated and shabby, some attention to detail missing but well worth the room rate regardless. If you want luxury- don’t book, but it does the job to get a good nights sleep and to explore Skegness.

Positive: The car park is big enough to park my low loader truck on Negative: I paid £20 more than I paid last time and considering I paid more there was no tv as advertised

Positive: Basic,plenty of parking and in a good location. Close to everything. Bit shabby on the outside but clean and suitable on the inside. Negative: No towls in room which not stated on booking. Good job we took towls. Nobody on reception about as was running out of toilet paper .
