No fan in the room , it was stifflingly hot . Needs black out curtains .
Positive: Location
Negative: The shower was not clean , lots of black mould around the bottom of the screen . And the lid over the plug hole was very very dirty as was the surrounding inside .

Negative: No towels provided so had to request them from reception but this was a very minor inconvenience!

Nice and budget-friendly but loud at night if you have neighbours
Positive: Walkable to the train station, restaurants and not too far from the beach. Staff were kind and helpful.
Negative: Everything was great until people moved in upstairs, when it became quite loud and disruptive to sleep.

It was nice and comfortable staying. Highly recommended. I will back to SimplyStay.
Positive: Very nice and helpful staff. The room was big enough. The shower was a good size. There was a fridge freezer and the kettle in the room, which was great for me to keep my food in.
