Double Room with Private Bathroom

Positive: The Staff were excellent, very polite & helpful , the room was great value for money , clean had basics, TV , kettle, towels , shower , toilet , wash basin, complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk, for few cups etc , ideal for few night stay. Near to the town , restaurant & bars , not too far from sea front. On site parking. Overall had a great 2 night stay , and would definitely go back again. Thank you. Negative: We had ground floor room it was boiling hot and couldn't really keep window open due to security risk. Also kept curtains drawn as people would walk past to check in and out etc. We still had great stay , would maybe ask for a room but higher on next stay otherwise no complaints 😉.

Good value for money Positive: Very friendly staff. Good budget hotel. Rooms are good for 3 star hotel. On arrival they asked if I need towel and fan which was great. Parking is free. Satisfied with stay. Would stay again. Negative: Some rooms have fridges but some don’t.

Awful never again. Boarded up and smashed windows and leaky toilet. Positive: Nothing. Absolutely despicable. Negative: No one at reception til 4pm. Room had hair all over floor so clearly not hoovered. Leaking toilet so toilet water all over bathroom floor. Nothing done when told the manager. I was told just needs adjusting!! He finally came to fix when i contacted there customer service number. Room dusty manager had to polish it.
