Disappointing will not return Negative: Room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, towels weren’t brought up to the room until 9pm and we had to ask for them. Nobody came in on our 3 day stay to empty the bin, change towels or stock up on toilet paper, there was people walking up and down the corridors all night and stained bedding.
