Double Room with Private Bathroom

It won't be happening again Positive: The location was perfect for the town centre with good parking if breakfast was an option it wasn't mentioned Negative: Generally scruffy appearance on the outside with broken and boarded up windows and filthy to look at and the same when you look outside the windows it was just filthy also I was given a room with a double bed when it should have been 2 beds as I was staying with my 12 year old daughter "a misunderstanding on booking .com " but after a disagreement where I had to explain i can not share a bed with a 12 year old girl this was rectified but was told they would not be rectifieing it in the future if it was to happen again .. booking in was also confusing as the email states 3 to 4 o'clock but on arrival at 3 was made to wait half an hour (is basil faulty the manager)

Positive: Value for money comfy bed

Positive: Food value for money room comfortable Negative: No breakfast

Positive: Great stay and great staff

Good overall Positive: very accomodating host, plenty of available parking. Negative: A decent hike to the local amenities, pubs, restaurants etc.
