Double Room with Private Bathroom

Good value for money, but not luxury Positive: Good location, clean bathroom facilities and bedding, towels provided at request, easy check in/out process & able to come and go as we pleased Negative: Furniture dated and shabby, some attention to detail missing but well worth the room rate regardless. If you want luxury- don’t book, but it does the job to get a good nights sleep and to explore Skegness.

Positive: The car park is big enough to park my low loader truck on Negative: I paid £20 more than I paid last time and considering I paid more there was no tv as advertised

Positive: Basic,plenty of parking and in a good location. Close to everything. Bit shabby on the outside but clean and suitable on the inside. Negative: No towls in room which not stated on booking. Good job we took towls. Nobody on reception about as was running out of toilet paper .

I was too drunk on rum to really care Positive: Basic facilities and a little bit shabby but functional and clean. The shower was actually really nice. Negative: Pretty strong smell of damp with a view of a broken fence and some rusty junk

Positive: Nice and clean, huge bed, tv on suit shower room, carpet was thick too. Had a really good sleep
