Twin Room with Private Bathroom

very enjoyable stay Positive: very friendly staff, lovely room with good facilities, real value for money

Positive: This property does not supply any meals which for 98 pound a night is a bit expensive Negative: Personally i thing someone should send a health and safety officer in to check the safety of guests as the twin room we stayed in (room 109) the bedside lamp didn't come on as wheni turned it on for my wife to see when she went to toilet in the might as she as kidney problems.when i checked the plug I found it was on the wall which had my mattress and my pillows pushed up against the socket and when I checked my wife's mattress hers was against the sockets as well. I pointed this out to the cleaners and she said she doesn't understand about the heath and safety side of the hotel but told me the things had been against the sockets since the premises had opened. I think that if there was a power surge and someone was asleep at the time then they could be in a very dangerous chance of being severely injured

Good value Positive: Manned 24/7 clean comfortable room parking on site Negative: Can’t fault it

Positive: The hotel was great,it was a very hot day and faced south, not there fault,all night someone doing work so had to keep windows shut but there was 2 double beds and slept furthest away, they provided a fan bed was comfy,shower toilet clean and good,loads of tea coffee and the actual hotel very quiet, would book again bagin for summer and the other things were not hotel fault would definitely recommend Negative: Nothing about hotel as above very nice hotel though
