Good affordable hotel Positive: Excellent hotel for the money. Great location to Skegness town centre and the beach

Stinking Skip Positive: Price & location Negative: Massive skip in car park over spilling with stinking rubbish. Check in time too late & check out time too early. We had no towels. Curtins need repacing.

Great location, nice place to stay for a few nights. Positive: Good location, was about a 15 minute walk to the seaside and pier, receptionist was very friendly, happy to help. Could sleep well on beds. Negative: Nothing too bad, however, Shower was a bit mouldy and had to request for towels, but was happy to give them once we asked the receptionist.
