Twin Room with Private Bathroom

Very pleasant stay. Positive: Good location for us.

Positive: Room was clean and beds comfortable. Location good for access to all amenities. Staff friendly. Negative: Nothing to dislike.

OK for the price we paid but we would not stay again. Positive: The gentleman who arrived at reception was was very friendly and helpful. The towels we were given were lovely and white, the bedlinen was clean. Negative: The room was not filthy but it was grubby. There were dirty streaks everywhere, we found part of a false eyelash attached to the kettle, the bathroom door had a brown stain on it which we decided it was best not looked at too closely. The shower in the morning was cold. There was no one at reception when we arrived and despite ringing the door bell several times there was no reply. I had to trawl through my emails and find a number to phone to get in touch with someone. Following my call a gentleman arrived.
