Great location, nice place to stay for a few nights. Positive: Good location, was about a 15 minute walk to the seaside and pier, receptionist was very friendly, happy to help. Could sleep well on beds. Negative: Nothing too bad, however, Shower was a bit mouldy and had to request for towels, but was happy to give them once we asked the receptionist.

Exactly what we needed Positive: Easy to find, close to Skegness town. The room was perfect for what we needed and even though they’re having refurbishments the hotel was clean and quiet. Also we were able to book an extra stay with no issues. Negative: The staff wasn’t always around when needed at the front desk
