Studio Room - Simplystay St Martins

Bril Positive: Very nice to stay comfie no issue bye town to room was nice and was chilled

Positive: Clean and functional rooms. Had everything we needed for one night away. Great to have fridge, hob, microwave and kettle etc. Crockery clean and plentiful. Super location for the strip and cathedral. Quiet street location (no through traffic or bar noise heard.). Negative: Was only sent 1 entry code despite having 2 rooms requiring 2 codes. Took time to contact and sort. Early check in at 1500 was agreed but we couldnt get in until 1530 after multiple phone calls to sort. One of the rooms was booked for 3 people but only 2 towels supplied. The corridors and front door are noisy so ANY conversations had by other occupants when in the communal areas can be heard clearly.

Disappointed with owners communication about problems Positive: The location is brilliant, comfortable bed. Stayed before and room was lovely this room would of been if didnt have stuff up wall etc Negative: There was something all up the wall looked like blood was told was foundation by cleaner next morning when asked and bed didnt look like it had been changed contacted them and just said it has and its paint well it wasn'tand no sorry nothing and it shouldn't be let out till cleaned and the check in and check out times are rubbish 4pm and 10am

Positive: Location Negative: I could get the WiFi password to work

Great location Positive: It is in a central location with good facilities including a fridge which is useful. Negative: The only bad point is that at the end of my stay, 2 staff members knocked on my door at 9.55 telling me that check out was at 10 am. I did not find this very welcome as I am aware of the checkout time. I can understand that the cleaning staff want to get on with cleaning the room, but I had the impression that they wanted to rush me out of the room.
