Horrible stay with deep regrets for ever booking Positive: The room was clean, nicely appointed save for a few small things. Nice area. Negative: The walls and doors are paper thin. You can hear most everything like conversations, laughter, water running from showers and sinks - all of this from adjacent room(s) and definitely anything from the hallway. Extremely loud music upon arrival, phoned and was told they would take care of the noise. Wasn’t able to rest. Wanted to change hotels but was told it would be okay and they wouldn’t refund. Late night finally got quiet enough to fall asleep only to have the smoke alarm go off at 2:00 am thanks to someone burning incense. Had to stand in the cold with the alarm continuously going off until maintenance showed up much later to shut it off and then inspect the rooms. The kettle is plastic. No caffeinated coffee. Requested a refund. It’s been nearly a week with no response because they’re “still investigating”.

Good location. Terrible stay. Positive: Good location. Negative: Multiple problems. Neither the kettle nor the TV worked. Very loud guests (or residents?) kept me awake. Loud music and talking/shouting until 11.30pm, then a brief respite until 1.30am which then kept going until 5.30am. The final straw was no hot water in the kitchen or shower room in the morning. So in short I didn't sleep, couldn't watch TV or take a shower and the only way to get hot water was using a mug in the microwave. No response at all from Simply Stay. I feel like I should get a full refund.

Positive: The location was perfect and the room was comfortable. Negative: The key pad to get intended building and room was awkward to use and the code took several attempts to get it to work. The other resident were extremely noisy late at night
