Studio Room - Simplystay St Martins

Positive: Convenient, Close to town centre. Ok for a one night stay Negative: Room quite small. Shower very small too, (needs some attention)Mattress, matress protector and pillows were all heavily stained, could do with replacing.

Perfect spot in the city centre - we will be back Positive: This is perfectly situated in the city between the older historical part of the city (after a walk up Steep Hill!) and the more modern shops in the lower area, and short walk to Brayford Water front. Great NCP parking at the back of the property and a price for 24hr stay. Check-in process was very easy and the room was just what we needed for our night away. The bed was comfortable and suitable amenities available. We loved having a fridge and microwave available, especially with the price for the night! We would consider staying here again on a future visit.

Good value studio flat. in the City Positive: Right in the City, walking access to the town centre and the sights. easy access via code system. Nice studio room with kitchen and decent shower good size comfortable bed Very good

Negative: Couldn’t get heating to work

Positive: Proximity Negative: Very very small.Booking had cancelled my other booking they are useless and customer service after AI nightmare really bad, no compensarion. This property was really expensive last minute and like a postage stamp. Booking it ahead when cheaper would be better, that is unless booking cancell your booking....
