Studio Room - Simplystay St Martins

絶対に良いです Positive: 同じ宿に部屋を変えて連泊　どちらも最高でした　清潔で、何もかも揃っています　シャワーの温度もちょうどよく、全て快適でした　清掃のスタッフさんが３人チームで、手際よく、笑顔で荷物を運んでくれ、チップを渡したら、意外な顔をされるくらい、本当に親切でした　 Negative: ありません

Great location, good for one person Positive: A perfect location for both the upper and lower towns. The room was small but hood for one person. Negative: The window blind does not block out the bright lights from the car park (room 3). The fridge is noisy so my sleep was disturbed.

Its a nice room in a great location however parking is not included and is too noisy Positive: great location ,, nice room which was well planned out, modern, equipped well and decorated perfectly .. nice kitchen area, sink, microwave, kettle all in the same room ,, that's not for everyone but I found it ok .. it had nice comfy bed all lovely and clean and TV was placed in front of bed for easy viewing Negative: The room was on the small side however not a deal breaker as it was well planned out ,, ensuite bathroom was small however the shower was the main issue as it was quite difficult to use as you cant turn around in it its just isn't big enough ,, window blind doesn't block the light out .. car parking charges costs are not included in the price so you need to add £12 a day to your budget if travelling by car .. building was not soundproofed enough ,, lots of noise from occupants entering and leaving the property at all hours of the night and some coming in drunk etc .. banging, loud voices, main door electronic entrance key pad beeping when people are trying to enter the property .. so as a result I got very little sleep .. based on this alone I would not stay at this property again otherwise I would of considered staying again

Positive: La struttura era ok. Vicino alla High Street. Negative: Check in alle 4 cioè una giornata quasi persa. Contatto con l'host inesistente. Per tutto il periodo della vacanza non ho incontrato nessuno dello staff. Non trovavo l'asciugacapelli. Ho scritto la mail ogni giorno, nessuna risposta. Se fossi rimasta fuori dalla stanza per qualche motivo, nessuno avrebbe potuto aiutarmi. Ho lavato i capelli e li ho fatti asciugare senza il phon. Era indicato un numero di telefono, ma io non parlo inglese. Inoltre non era un numero whatapp. Se lo fosse stato avrei chiamato con whatapp. Perché non dare un numero whatapp per comunicare??? Una grave mancanza. In altri viaggi ho comunicato con l'host semplicemente con whatapp. Il tutti i b&b e hotel del mondo c'è l'asciugacapelli. Se mi avesse risposto la mia valutazione sarebbe stata 10.
