Fine if not for the lack of correct bedding and towels for 4 people and the shocking helpline. Positive: Initial contact from property and access good, Ideal location for city centre. Negative: I would like to write a positive review for this property, but unable to do so….it appeared everything was running smoothly access code provided, on arrival property room 1, was as described, BUT we were a party of 4 and as the property stated that it had a large double bed and I emphasise a Sofa BED, which would indicate that you could sleep in it ! So we went about setting up sofa bed so to prepare for a nights sleep, we found extra pillows bottom sheet and a duvet cover but NO Duvet ! Your help desk was no help, other than that there was no one to help or provide the required bedding, or a store cupboard with spares…He even suggested to go and buy one, this was 9 O’Clock at night. So for fellow travellers although the property suggests for 4 people make sure 2 of you bring sleeping bags or a spare duvet and additional towels

Positive: This is the best location and stay out of a six-week car travel in the U.K. The location is perfect for touring Lincoln. In Old Town, three blocks to the castle and the cathedral. The SimplyStay has everything for a complete kitchen. We had a perfect stay. Negative: Parking is readily available and right in front but not free. However, there are ways to reduce the cost.

Positive: Location,near to everything we wanted to visit. Negative: We got no response when we asked for bedding for the pull out sofa.

Positive: This place is beautiful and very close to centre. Couldn't find a fault with any of it
