Superior Suite Room - Simplystay St Martins

Excellent location. Positive: The location. Negative: Keyless entry, shabby decor in certain areas, loose shelves in the kitchen.

Perfect location for nights out will use again for a short stay Positive: Perfect Location Negative: The bathroom wasn’t clean shower really dirty needs some cleaning very mouldy around the doors. Other than that the rest was clean

Good location but otherwise not recommended Positive: Good location, comfortable bed Negative: Couldn't get in to the property. Called for help but was just given different numbers which still wouldn't work (presumably also giving out the codes for other guests at the property which leads me to question about security. We eventually figured out the door handle had to be lifted to open the door . However, later the same evening, door again wouldn't open, tried code lots of times and eventually got in by pushing the handle down! Other people having similar issues, arriving back in the middle of the night and setting off the alarm. Sofabed not made up and had to rummage for bedding. Also only 2 towels provided, even though I booked for 4 people. Dusty surfaces around the room and bathroom, couldn't hang up my clothes as they would have dragged through the dust and dirt.

Do not ever use this host Positive: Nothing Negative: Simple stays was a horrendous host They gave us a sofa bed which was broken and dangerous (which they knew about). The sofa bed wouldn’t open and it had pieces of wood added to the opening device which meant one guest had to sleep on the floor. Customers service was no help , simply saying it’s not our problem call booking.com. And booking.com said it’s up to the host to respond and if they don’t then we can’t do anything.
