Amazing would stay again Positive: Location was amazing and for the price this cannot be unbeaten, i would stay here again every time in lincoln, situated near all the bars and clubs but very quiet at night despite being so close, very easy to check in however took a few attempts to put the door code in but once we got the hang of it we were in and sorted. Very spacious and such good value for money. small NCP Car park located literally next door which we prebooked. Would stay here again in the future Negative: No issues, code to get into the property was abit confusing however once we understood how to do it it was very easy. Would recommend and stay here again!!

Good location but poor entry system Positive: The location was central to shops and the church. Negative: The access to the property is coded, which doesn't come into effect until dead on 4pm. So we were stuck outside for over 40 mins. If they had stated NO ENTRY to the property before 4.01pm we wouldn't have headed there ! Also others had tried to get in (after 4pm) but struggled , so an alarm started going off !!

Ok if you are happy to find another guest cooking a meal in your room. Given the same key number. Positive: Excellent location Negative: Door access faulty. Rude telephone service, being phoned at 9pm and being asked if we would change rooms. We arrived an hour early and were rang to be told that the company could charge a £50 surcharge. The heated towel rail in the freezing bathroom was not working and we twice received no reply to my text messages. Also the lamp was not working. Fawlty Towers comes to mind.
