Do not book here. Negative: The room had not been cleaned since the last guests or had been accessed by someone after cleaning. On calling the contact number, they said that they couldn't clean the room or provide an alternative and have refused a refund despite photo evidence of its condition. There are no staff on-site, agents on the phone have no concern for dealing with urgent issues and it is impossible to speak to a manager. Please check other reviews, this isn't an isolated incident, there are numerous issues with the key code system. People aren't able to get in to the building/room, finding other people's belongings in rooms and people able to use to codes to get into rooms that are occupied. THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE TO STAY. UPDATE - the management have responded to say that this being taken seriously - this is not true. They've refused to respond to communication and have refused to issue a refund. I cannot stress enough that this isn't safe, the management are aware and are doing nothing to resolve. You cannot be sure that someone won't access your room during your stay - please don't take the chance.

Negative: Couldn't open the app with the access code. Took ages to get through to someone on the phone, whilst I was stood outside waiting. When I got in at 6pm, the room was a mess with someone else's possessions everywhere and the bed looked to have been slept in. The 'customer services' person was unable to resolve at the time / offer me another room (as they were booked up) and expected me to wait outside in the cold whilst he looked into it - first asking me to look through the handbag on the bed to try and find the name of the person in there! Thankfully they were out when I let myself in. As I had made prior arrangements to meet work friends, I had no time to wait and had to find another room elsewhere. They phoned me an hour later to say that the room was ready but that was clearly too late and 7pm by that time. To top it all off, they are now refusing to refund. As an aside, the whole place stank of weed. Avoid at all costs!

OK, would stay again if on a discounted rate. please supply ironing facilities. Positive: Clean, good location Negative: No iron, really poor for business travellers. WiFi seemed to connect but did not work

A great central location to stay in and a good value for money, however more communication needs to be had between the s Positive: The bed was very comfy and in a great central location, the facilities were clean and obviously well maintained. Negative: The lack of communication between staff as we were woken up on our first morning by maintenance asking if we needed anything- as we had only checked in the evening before we didn’t, we were also woken up on the second morning (23rd February) by a member of staff saying that we were meant to be checking out. I told the member of staff that it was incorrect and we were staying until Wednesday (25th February). We didn’t receive an apology and were a bit concerned that our access code would stop working randomly because they were expecting us to be checking out, so clearly there is a lack of communication somewhere as you would have expected that all members of staff should’ve known the dates we were staying, and overall wasn’t very happy that we got woken up on two separate occasions due to this. We also didn’t have hot water or heating for the first 24 hours we were staying there for. However once raised to the staff it was dealt with quickly.

Positive: The location was the best thing about the property Negative: As we entered our room it had a funny smell, the floors were dirty had other peoples hairs on the shower tub was dirty and the towels had hairs on them too, people were shouting all night both nights we were there. The code on the door is very sensitive so watch out.
