Positive: Lovely clean, comfortable room with all amenities. Negative: The noise levels ! I hadn't realised it was in close proximity to a cocktail bar and restaurant so it was difficult to sleep . It would be nice to supply ear plugs.

Not the best but location was good Positive: Location Negative: I asked for no feathers and the duvet was feathers so I had no duvet to use and I felt very uncomfortable on a bedding that had had a feathers duvet on. Its started my allergies off. Plus twice through to night someone tried our door

Positive: Comfy room, great position, super easy check in Negative: The rooms could have been cleaner: the floors were very dusty with crumbs and clumps of hair, there were dirty mugs in the cupboard and the shower was dirty
