Double Room Ensuite - 1.2 miles to Lincoln City Center

Once in my room I was able to relax on a very comfortable bed. Positive: The location, the facilities in the hotel communal area and the bedroom. Negative: I wouldn't say I didn't like it. However, the key code entry, I struggled a little to get in. This did worry me as a solo female visitor - plus not having a person present to assist. However, I am sure the more I use this type accommodation the braver/more comfortable I will be.

Positive: Perfectly adequate for one night stay and value for money. Shared kitchen good but would be improved with some more utensils. Although the access code was sent in advance, the room number was not. But staff on phone very helpful and soon sorted. Overall, good.

Worst accommodation I have stayed in. Positive: Location Negative: The access to the property via key pad was a nightmare and to my room as well. There was many other issues which I have already reported to the management of the hotel. I have requested a full refund, but they informed me that refunds can only be issued by Booking dot come. Could you please advise how I can proceed with a claim.

Brilliant room Positive: Immaculate room and beautiful bathroom. Bed was comfy and the mini fridge was a welcome addition. Negative: No bedside plugs but not the end of the world.
