Double Room Ensuite - 1.2 miles to Lincoln City Center

Overall for the money we paid it was comfortable and good value. Positive: Location was very good for where we was going out that evening, we didn't opt for breakfast so I can't answer that one but there was a lovely kitchen area and social room , The rooms were very nice and clean,all our rooms came with bathrooms and the security was impressive the unique pin to access the rooms and front door. Also the off-road parking was a bonus. Negative: We stayed in room 2 there was a net curtain but no proper curtains it wasn't a problem to us but might be for others .

A maintenance bloke let himself into our room with the code, said he had a leak to fix. Just as we was about to go out f Positive: It was warm Negative: A bloke had the code to our room to fix a leak. We had personal items in our room.

Positive: Good location for city centre. Clean. Mini fridge in room a bonus. Negative: Bedding has seen better days, worn and 'bobbly' making it rough and uncomfortable. Bedside light not working. Security was an issue as someone managed to enter both the front door and our room using a completely different key code. It transpired they should have been at the sister hotel down the road. Very disconcerting. Staff seemed unconcerned when notified.
