Double Room Ensuite - 1.2 miles to Lincoln City Center

Frustrating Positive: It was near where I needed to be Negative: The digital codes for door handles did not work. It opened front door. But not my room. I had to call up, and get another code on arrival. They said they would send an advisor out. The second code worked eventually. When I left in evening to go out. Neither code worked again. I rang to tell them. I called at night again and was given a 3rd code. Then asked to try pushing door handles up. That did work. In morning tried all 3 codes I had been given pushing handle up. And all 3 worked.

Positive: C'est pratique, bien organisé. J'ai bien reçu des mails d'accueil pour le code et les explications. Salle de bain très propre. Frigo, bouilloire, café, thé, biscuits à disposition. Lit confortable. Grand espace dans la chambre avec du rangement. Serviettes de toilette à disposition. Des bus a proximité. Negative: Le fait de ne voir personne, aucun personnel n'est pas rassurant. Surtout que le quartier lui-même n'est pas rassurant. Les moquettes au sol et canapé en tissus pourrait être un nid à bestioles. C'est à éviter. La housse de couette un peu vieille. Une simple housse blanche serait mieux.

Positive: Parking wasn't clear as to what bays were allocated, room was comfy enough but the previous occupier had caused some staining, there was a staff member on site rectifying it so no fault there

Not the best Positive: The location was handy to walk into the centre. I only had to stay for one night and I was exhausted from driving for 9 hours. See below Negative: I had started here before so I'm worried I came back. There was no sound insulation in the rooms. The road outside was busy constantly but the windows did not stop the noise.i heard music presumably from the next room till the early hours. The mattress was uncomfortable. The door to the bathroom was a poorly fitted one and crashed like hell. Shower was not the best to control. I will not be returning.
