Double Room Ensuite - 1.2 miles to Lincoln City Center

Happy enough Positive: Great value. Clean and in a decent location. Negative: Would have been nice to be able to use the car park before check-in. We understand the reasoning behind it, but we walked by the place having parked elsewhere (we actually left the car there overnight because we were out drinking) and the car park was empty barring one car, as it was at 5pm when we finally picked up the keys.. Small gripe, but we would still stay again.

Apart from uncomfortable bed everything else was great. Positive: Great location. Modern facilities. Negative: Bed in room 3 uncomfortable and bedding too thin.. Left a day early.

Okay Positive: I liked the coziness of the property, easy access and pretty tidy. I appreciated the Christmas decor as it lit up the place a tad. Room was okay, although it wasn’t the most pleasant on the comfortable scale, specifically the bed. Negative: It stunk of weed and cigs, neighbouring room stayers were perverse and very rude, that’s not something Tennyson owner (s) can control but due to bad behaviour from other people, it’s drifted my attention to other places.

Positive: Very close to the football stadium. Lovely comfy bed Negative: No staff at the guesthouse just felt a bit impersonal

Fantastic brilliant Positive: Went for the Football as away fans, literally 5 mins walk to Lner Stadium and 20mins to City centre so location was exceptional, entry to the building was brilliant and secure whilst inside fantastic stay thank you Negative: one little issue was the key pad on the room we struggled to get the key pad lit but gain entry in the end
