Double Room Ensuite - 1.2 miles to Lincoln City Center

Positive: Noone to deal with is perfect - passcode entry. Great location. Negative: Relatively basic but certainly does the job.

Good value accommodation for short stay in Lincoln. Positive: Reasonably priced accommodation in central location near a pleasant park. Shops and restaurants within walking distance Negative: Remote assistance could have been more responsive.

Positive: The bathroom is clean, and bed is comfy Negative: It's a bit noisy due to moving cars, as I am a light sleeper. Same access communal code as my allocated room.

Great place to stay, would stay again. Positive: The allocation of a parking spot. Once I figured out the digital entry key, (that's down to me not being technical) It was so easy to do, no worries of losing a physical key. The room was clean and comfortable over looking the canal. The communal areas were clean and tidy. Easy walking distance( if you are able) to the city centre, either up the High Street or along the canal path. The room gave us all that we needed, for the price that we paid. Negative: The only thing we found a problem was the fridge in our room was noisy. Also the main room ceiling light did not work, but there were lamps ether side of the bed.

The phase you get what you pay for definitely springs to mind. No real complaints, we wanted cheap and cheerful to spen Positive: The cost. Negative: The bed was uncomfortable, definitely time for a new mattress. The window had a half inch gap down the side, so heard traffic noise all night.
