Double Room Ensuite - 1.2 miles to Lincoln City Center

Exceptional value for a four night stay. No one bothered you. Private and safe. Positive: Good value for money. Negative: I rather not be picky as the value was exceptional. I would go back. Everything you need is here. I stayed for four nights.

Positive: The nice place I’m clean Negative: The blanket is really small. I’ve been freezing till morning. And the room is very cold. I get ill. I’m not happy at all.

Probably won’t stay again. Positive: Location. That’s it Negative: Firstly had an absolute ordeal trying to get into the actual property. Was given three different check in information instructions yet when I tried opening the link it came up with 404 error on all of them. There is no reception desk or anyone actually working there, so when the code for the door wasn’t working there was no help except for a guy on the phone saying ‘you just input the code and push’ … which was no help in the slightest! When finally getting into the room there’s everything you need for it to be a hotel room, desk, refreshments, bed and bathroom. They weren’t outstanding but they’re there. Unless you need to use the mini fridge, which is hard to open as it’s on the floor and gets stuck on the floor when trying to open. The parking is a joke, hardly any space to park and with a massive sign saying if you don’t park in the space allocated you will incur extra charges seems to not matter as anyone was parked anywhere.
