Double Room Ensuite - 1.2 miles to Lincoln City Center

Reasonable stay Positive: The room was clean with reasonable facilities including a fan and a fridge which we needed during a heatwave! Negative: The parking was limited. We were asked to park in a bay with the number of our room on it. On the second night the car park was full so we could only park in the middle of the car park, blocking others in. Luckily we left before anyone else so this did not cause an issue for anyone.

Nach kleinen Startproblemen für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Positive: Bei Problemen war telfefonisch sofort jemand erreichbar. Und alles liess sich klären. Negative: Niemand vor Ort. Die Heizung liess sich nicht gut regulieren. Die Beschilderung / Name der Unterkunft ist anders, insofern nicht so leicht zu finden. Waren auch erst im Nebenhaus. Die Räume zur Strasse sind etwas llaut.

Clean comfortable well stocked guest house, reasonably priced, was concerned before arrival on reading some of the revie Positive: Location size facilities,not had that type of breakfast before, continental type, products left in fridge in room to prepare and self serve in the well stocked kitchen/diner. Free parking at property. Big room and excellent bathroom shower. Negative: Initially had problems with the digital code check in , had to phone remote host, this was sorted out within 30 mins, other guests had similar issues as we spoke to a couple of them.

Close to amenities Positive: The location was perfect for what we needed. Parking available. Negative: Not used to sleeping on a busy road so was quite noisy, but only 1 night so wasn't a big issue.
