Twin Bed En-suite - 2kms to Lincoln City Center

I would stay again only if I was at the back of the property Positive: Clean rooms and staff were nice and polite Negative: Room 6 was good 👍 room 7 I did not sleep for the sound of traffic and the bathroom was dark . Did not mind paying the money for room 6 but paying the same money for room 7 I was absolutely shocked .

Disappointing from the outside, but nice and clean inside Positive: It was very clean and nicely decorated inside. Twin Room was a good size with a smart shower room. Nice to have car parking Negative: The outside looks rather run-down which is a bit off-putting.

Positive: All ok Negative: Door room 7 lock faulty, no bowls in kitchen

Problematic Positive: Lovely old building. Nice lounge area. Negative: FLEAS in one bed. Gave us a big problem. Needs urgent and careful attention. We didn’t find baked beans etc promised for breakfast. Cereal boxes provided small and sugary. Kitchen area… one oven very dirty- cleaners need instructions. Didn’t appear to be a microwave. I contacted number provided and it was a poor line; not sure if lady answering understood the problems.

Positive: I booked three rooms and one was ok Negative: Room 4 was right next to the road and the traffic noise was terrible! It shouldn't be let out. There was one pillow and a dirty cushion. The breakfast was several slices of bread in a bag and a tin of heinz beans in the fridge plus a yoghurt. A man was in one of the rooms and we had to phone the hotel to find out what was going on . It is not a hotel and it is like a roadhouse with key safes outside and limited parking. Why are you letting this place out Booking.com? What standards do you have? Low ones! I thought you were a good service!
