Twin Bed En-suite - 2kms to Lincoln City Center

When I got in there ok Positive: Clean decent facilities. Negative: Check in.Sent a n entry code but your eyes are drawn to individual keypads which don’t no anything .No instructions as to how to work the keyless entry

Couple of days in Lincoln Positive: Very clean. Comfortable beds. Excellent price. Negative: I specified on booking.com for parking, after I had paid I noted there was no parking available. Rang the company and the woman I spoke to was just horrible. The bedside lamps didn't work.

Positive: Cost only Negative: No parking when I booked stated parking available, not available for twin room, only double room. Parking in Lincoln terrible anyway. I wouldn't booked it if no allocated parking space. Getting email to access the front door but failed to tell us which room No. We had to try every door to know which room we were meant to be staying in. We rang several times no-one picked up. We only got responses by email about room Number just after 19.15 when we checked in at 16:00. Do not a good customer service. Was noisy, placed us opposite main road

Negative: I had to rate staff as a 1 because there are no staff. I couldn’t access the portal with the information to obtain entrance and had to call someone to find out how to work the electronic keypads on the front door.
