Negative: I had to rate staff as a 1 because there are no staff. I couldn’t access the portal with the information to obtain entrance and had to call someone to find out how to work the electronic keypads on the front door.

Handy for Lincoln town centre
Positive: Handy location.
Nice & clean room.
Negative: Took a bit of time to workout how to get in the building at first.

Never again
Positive: Nothing this time we have stayed 5 times last year but will not be staying again . No idea it had changed hands and also that we could no longer park at the property even there was a car park signed posted . We were given no option of parking
Negative: I feel very let down with our final stay at this property and the reply when I sent a message it seems they did not care
