Twin Bed En-suite - 2kms to Lincoln City Center

Reasonable prices and would come back again. Positive: There was everything you needed in the room (even little biscuits ) A fridge and a fan which was highly needed in this hot weather. The room is very clean spacious and comfortable. Nice lounge and kitchen dinner too. Good location for buses to the stations. Negative: Noisy traffic sounded like the window was open (sirens often.) Gaining entrance was so awkward for me as the code is on the door handle (not the key safe on the wall.)

Awful customer service and stat Positive: The room had a fridge Negative: Communication was terrible. We weren't sent our room number until nearly 5 hours after check in and we had already rang them to get it. We left something valuable to us in the room by accident and they never even acknowledged our message asking about it. Although car parking wasn't included with the room there was the option to request it, but don't bother as they won't give it to you even if there are loads of empty spaces. Worth noting that they say you can use on street parking, but the road has double yellow lines. The communal areas stank of stale smoke. The beds squeak every time you move and the road out side is very noisy. We expected a budget stay and regularly stay in budget hotels, but this was a whole new level.

When I got in there ok Positive: Clean decent facilities. Negative: Check in.Sent a n entry code but your eyes are drawn to individual keypads which don’t no anything .No instructions as to how to work the keyless entry

Couple of days in Lincoln Positive: Very clean. Comfortable beds. Excellent price. Negative: I specified on booking.com for parking, after I had paid I noted there was no parking available. Rang the company and the woman I spoke to was just horrible. The bedside lamps didn't work.

Value for money - great location Positive: Location and very clean Negative: No curtains and noice from the main road
