Twin Bed En-suite - 2kms to Lincoln City Center

Never again Positive: Nothing this time we have stayed 5 times last year but will not be staying again . No idea it had changed hands and also that we could no longer park at the property even there was a car park signed posted . We were given no option of parking Negative: I feel very let down with our final stay at this property and the reply when I sent a message it seems they did not care

Positive: Very close to the football stadium. Lovely comfy bed Negative: No staff at the guesthouse just felt a bit impersonal

Great place to stay. Good value for money. Positive: Great location. Warm. Good shower. Negative: Nothing.

Not bad for 1 night. Positive: Bathroom very clean, nice hot shower. Negative: No teaspoons with the coffee cups, beds very soft. Breakfast provision was the weirdest I've ever seen. (Allocated bread slices in a clear bag, very ration-esque). No accessible parking provided for Blue badge holders. Parking was actually allocated to each room, sadly as I booked the twin room, this doesn't qualify for a parking space.
