Avoid booking the studio room as the radiator has not been fixed for over a month. Staff don't care! Positive: Location Negative: Heating

It was ok for overnight stay. Not warm enough. Positive: Quiet. Private. Clean. Good to have a bathroom with bath. Negative: The heating was inadequate. The small column heater hardly warmed the room. Very basic amenities.

Room was boiling hot as the radiator had no control. We didnt get a good sleep. Positive: Location Negative: Service

Perfectly adequate for a one night stop over allowing us the opportunity to visit Lincoln Cathedral. Positive: It’s proximity to the Cathedral and castle plus private parking. Negative: Pleasant to have bread, butter and jam plus yogurt and baked beans left for our breakfast consumption. Disappointed to find only 2 knives, 1 fork and no tea spoons to allow us to enjoy this repast. We actually bought some tea spoons and left them for the next resident. We were also going to wash up when leaving but there was no tea towel to dry up.
