Single room Ensuite - 2km from Lincoln City Center

Concerns regarding safety and other visitors not following agreed conditions Positive: I liked the location and in terms of getting in and out of the property was rather easy Negative: I didn't like the light in the bathroom in with the support for the light on the ceiling was handing out the roof on a wire very concerned but lucky was just an overnight stay. On information regarding quiet hours after 10pm in which I was doing my up most to follow this yet seemed other visitors didn't listen to that and was unable get to sleep till 3 in the morning luckily I wasn't heading home till late afternoon so was able to get some extra rest at friend's I came to Lincoln to visit

Positive: Clean: helpful staff Negative: Noise from cars passing. Curtains will be good for the rooms window

no parking as per their ad, they also said there was complimentary breakfast -both were lies Negative: No parking, and no complimentary breakfast as promised

Positive: The room was ok, clean and with bathroom. The problem was the noise from the traffic. Negative: I was in room N° 5 on the ground floor facing the street, the double glazing (pretty new to be honest) where not doing a great job for the noise : it was like being in the street.
