Single room Ensuite - 2km from Lincoln City Center

Positive: It’s fairly located close to the city centre making visiting places in and around the city much easier. Negative: Street parking. I was only told that single bed has no parking space when I was checking in. I believe this information should be disclosed on the website so guests can make informed decisions.

Good stay, good location Positive: Location, parking, easy check in Negative: The room was very warm and we were unable to open the windows due to the noise of the traffic. A fan in each room would be helpful.

Falling short !! Positive: A lovely looking building with large looking parkland over the road. Negative: My ground floor room was scuzzy looking. Felt it could be rented by the hour !! It wasn't very clean - the mattress was past it's best and uncomfortable. The bedding was dire. The en-suite bathroom didn't feel inviting . All in all for the cost I wouldn't repeat my stay.

I wouldn’t stay for free Positive: Easy Check in and out Negative: The room was not cleaned. I’m not sure if they can remember when they last washed the bedding. I spent three sleepless nights. Literally sleeping on side of the road. You can hear every step of the upstairs guest, so your sleep is at their mercy. Oriental breakfast..hahaha…two slices of bread and some spreadable butter and jam with milk. Parking spot? So rare and there’s a guy ( Idk if he’s the owner) who demands guest to their car to make space for his.
